Shipping and Deliveries.

Check each unique plant in the Shop to see whether it is Shippable, or Shippable Within Auckland only, or Pickup Only. We are happy to combine shipping with other plants, including your winnings from our Trade Me auctions, to achieve shipping savings for you.
We cannot ship to a Post Box address.
We require your Delivery Address at the time of Finalising your order, so that we can advise the shipping cost in our Confirmation Email.
Our courier will attempt to obtain a signature on delivery. If no-one is present at the Delivery Address given, the parcel will be left in what the courier considers to be "a safe place". If your residence does not have such a place or you are not prepared to risk the parcel being left in such a place, then please give us a Delivery Address that will have someone able to SIGN during business hours. Placing of an order implies acceptance that no claims will be accepted for lost deliveries to unattended addresses.
We reserve the right to add packing costs where we think necessary.
The courier we use is Parcel Express.
If the plants are light-but-bulky we must use Actual or Volumetric Weight, whichever is the larger, where Volumetric Weight = Volume in cubic metres x 200.
Rural Delivery addresses have a surcharge per box of $6 in North Island, $12 in South Island.
If it is not shippable, can we visit your premises?
Yes, you are most welcome to visit our nursery in Mt Wellington.
Open to the public, usually on Fridays and Saturdays. See the homepage for the next opening hours.
The plants in the website Shop are not on display in the physical Shop (170 Mt Wgtn H'way), so if you really need to inspect a website Shop plant ring or email first and, at our discretion, we will get it to the Sales Area for you to inspect.
Always some of the large ones are on display but you'd need to check first.
