Aloe conifera

Madagascan species with rosettes to 30cm across, greyish to reddish purple in full sun. Flowers elongated cone-like, yellow and scented. Outdoors in sheltered position, otherwise indoors in bright sunny spot.

Grey-green leaf is very similar to A. capitata gneissicola's leaf.
Even at 15 cm pot size this species can produce flowers.
Raceme's flowers are opening.
