Fascinating rosettes to 90cms, later offsetting, bearing heavy more or less claspy teeth. FO 72 is a greener form, our latest are from the type locality, Rancho Tambor, Mexico where the colour is bluer and sometimes whitish. Needs to be grown hard, in full sun, to develop the good colours that makes this form so attractive. Easy species for garden, and tolerates frost.
