Agave nizandensis
Soft, brittle yet rubbery leaves (impossible?) on sparse flat rosette to 50cm. Leaf stresses up v.red, but has pale mid-stripe. Unusual Agave in that it is unarmed and not closely related to any other.
3.Indoors OK, Outdoors OK in warm, well-drained position in mild areas.
