Euphorbia superans (w2070)

The pic/s tell the story.

Pot diameter: 20 cms

Massed flowering is spectacular and typical.
Growing strategy is get 'em large first, then keep 'em potbound, in order to shed the long branches and expose the wonderful pineconeiform stem.
Massive single heads in 40cm diam pots.
Flower is larger than E.woodii and slightly different.
Flowers are pollinated by flies.
Seedpods are interestingly 'blotched'.
A magnificent large specimen, far larger than E.woodii (closely related) will become.
