Euphorbia lambii

Nicely structured shrub to 1m x 1m., with naked trunk, much-branched crown, and glaucous leaves. Large showy clusters of green flowers in spring and summer. Outdoors only, fast-growing.

Forms a quite statuesqe branching bush.
Amongst succulents one of the better ugly-fence-hiders.
Occasionally a crest might arise.
....and rise.....
A dense bush, as dense as George, somewhat prettier but equally toxic.
