Vining caudiciform from south-west Africa. Silvery bumpulous caudex becomes quite large. Possibly hardy and worth trying in good outdoor situation if very well-drained. Sweetly scented greenish flowers in autumn.
Indoors OK, Outdoors OK in warm, well-drained position in mild areas.

The roots developing on this plant are actually distending the pot, bursting to be repotted and raised to show them off!
It is 20 cms height, in a 20 cms diameter pot.
