Barrel cactus from the high Andes of Argentina. A chubby rotund variable species, this form stays smaller, has yellow flowers and, later, offsets. OK outdoors in well drained sunny area; will tolerate light frost.

Indoors OK, Outdoors OK in warm, well-drained position in mild areas.
